Rockledge, FL (November 1, 2009) — Jennifer Brady, MD, has been named Associate Medical Director at Health First Health Plans (HFHP). She will work with Miguel Fernandez, DO, HFHP’s Vice President–Medical Director, to oversee medical management, medical claims review, and grievances/appeals. She will also chair HFHP’s Credentialing, Peer Review, Physician Advisory, New Technology, Utilization Management, and Medical Policy Committees.

A board-certified internal medicine specialist, Dr. Brady comes to HFHP from Health First Physicians where she was a staff physician, as well as a member of the medical staff at Holmes Regional Medical Center and Palm Bay Hospital. She has also served on HFHP’s Credentialing, Peer Review, and Physician Advisory Committees, and been recognized for high levels of patient satisfaction. She earned her medical degree at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio, and served an internship and residency at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons/St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in New York, New York.
