Rockledge, FL (July 30, 2009) — Health First Health Plans’ (HFHP) Call Center has been recognized by J.D. Power and Associates for providing “An Outstanding Customer Service Experience.” To be named as a Certified Call Center, HFHP exceeded a national benchmark for satisfaction on a survey of their customers who evaluated HFHP’s performance in these factors: courtesy; knowledge; concern for the customer; usefulness of the information provided; convenience of operating hours; ease of reaching a representative; and timely resolution. HFHP call center operations also successfully passed a detailed audit of its recruiting, training, employee incentives, quality assurance capabilities, and management roles and responsibilities.

This year’s re-certification shows HFHP’s Call Center has maintained the high level of customer service that initially earned them the recognition in 2008 and sends a clear message that HFHP’s call center is process-oriented, professionally managed, and focused on providing an outstanding customer service experience.
