New to Health First?
If you have never been to a Health First facility before, you will submit a request to schedule an appointment first. However, once you have been established, you’ll be able to schedule, re-schedule or cancel your appointment, all from your computer at work or at home. After your request for an appointment has been submitted, Health First Scheduling will contact you to confirm your appointment within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).

Pre-Registration
Once your appointment has been scheduled and pre-registered on line, you may receive a phone call from our Pre-Registration staff should you have any financial obligation as determined by your insurance.
Day of Testing
On the day of your appointment, please remember to bring proof of identification, insurance card, and co-payment, if any, and a list of medications you are taking. Please plan to arrive 15- 20 minutes before your appointment for check-in.
