The following will describe some breif steps to access GroupWise's Retain Archiving.
- You can access Retain from within the GroupWise Desktop Client, and from within GroupWise Webaccess Client

GroupWise Webaccess Client:

- Login using your Universal user name and password

- The default "Browse" view of Retain should look similar to GroupWise Webaccess:
- Folder list down the left side
- Clickable email messages in the middle
- Ability to Forward and Print messages
- Within the "Search" tab you have more control over what messages are displayed
- Under Core, click the + symbol to add different search criteria
- Change the default date field from "Last Year" to another timeframe
- Using "Sender (display) -> Contains (exact)" and "Subject -> Contains (exact)" can be very useful
