ROCKLEDGE, FL - Hospice of Health First's teen volunteer program, Teens Linking Lives or TL2, is offering volunteer training for interested teens who would like to donate their time to a worthwhile cause. The volunteer training session is scheduled for January 30, from 10 to 3 pm at the Hospice of Health First office at 1900 Dairy Rd. in West Melbourne.
"Through TL2, teens can bridge the gap between young and old in our community and give generations the opportunity to serve and learn from one another," said Valerie Kenworthy, Volunteer Coordinator for Hospice of Health First.
Hospice of Health First is also offering volunteer training for adult men and women who would like to donate their time. Volunteer opportunities exist in a variety of different areas at Hospice of Health First, including Patient/Family Support, Community Outreach, Special Events, Clerical, Bereavement, Transportation, and Pharmacy Delivery. These adult volunteer training sessions are scheduled for February 9 & February 23 from 9 to 4 pm at Palm Bay Hospital, 1425 Malabar Road NE, Palm Bay.
